L’Allemagne veut aujourd’hui une armée plus importante. Le gouvernement a besoin de beaucoup de nouveaux soldats pour protéger le pays. Il dépense beaucoup d’argent en pubs. Il envoie des lettres aux jeunes.

Ces lettres demandent aux ados s’ils veulent s’engager dans l’armée. Mais très peu de jeunes veulent devenir soldats. Beaucoup d’étudiants disent non à l’armée. Près de 6 000 jeunes déclarent officiellement qu’ils ne combattront pas. Les étudiants participent aussi à des manifestations dans la rue.

La plupart des gens s’accordent à dire que le pays a besoin d’une armée forte, mais les jeunes ne veulent pas s’engager. L’Allemagne a encore besoin de beaucoup plus de soldats pour l’avenir.
