Rituels liés au cannabis au Népal – niveau 1

Le 18 février 2026 à 7 h, le Népal fête Shivaratri à Katmandou. Plein de gens se retrouvent dans un grand bâtiment pour honorer Shiva. Ils prient, chantent et dansent. Certains visiteurs viennent d’Inde. La marijuana n’est pas légale au Népal. Mais ce jour-là, la police laisse les gens en consommer. C’est parce que Shiva est lié au cannabis. Des hommes saints et des jeunes fument près de la rivière. Le Népal a interdit la vente légale de marijuana en 1976. Certains veulent changer cette règle, mais ça ne change rien. Ce jour-là, la tradition est plus importante que les règles.
